Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies
We loved this recipe. I used wheat penne pasta instead of linguine. I also used red bell pepper in place of the cauliflower. It turned out great! Even my 5 year old loved the veggies.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Absolutely amazing!!!! I took this to a New Years party and my husband ate half the pan as soon as we got there. He said it was better than the restaraunts. If you like spinach/artichoke dip, you'll love this.
