This will be my fourth Thanksgiving using this rub and it is YUMMY! People all look forward to the deep fried turkey and this year, we will use this also for some chickens to fry up for later.

These were pretty good, but I give them four stars because they are KID FRIENDLY! Hubby liked them too. I made a bunch of regular size muffins, and a few large ones. I did have trouble getting some of them out of the tins. Didn't matter to my stepdaughter who told me she'd eat them as often as I will make them, and she hopes it is often!

This won at my own Superbowl Chili Cook-Off last year, making it again with high hopes this year!
