Peanut Butter Cupcakes

These cupcakes tasted really good, but they were very crumbly like others have said. I tried making minis for a bridal shower and the tops of them broke off when I took them out of the pan.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

This recipe was very good! I did make a slight change though. I pounded out the chicken and rolled it with the ham and swiss the night before my dinner (since it was for Valentine's Day). Then right before I was going to bake it I rolled it in melted butter then covered it in plain bread crumbs. I did put a little salt in the bread crumbs too. It was a HUGE hit! I boyfriend asked if I could make this again...for the next day! Thanks!

Super Sausage Gravy

This recipe was awesome! The only thing I changed was I added a tablespoon of butter because I had hardly no fat from my sausage to make my gravy. It was so easy and since this was my first time making biscuits and gravy, I was really excited that it was SO good!!

Cranberry Bars

These were awesome! The only thing I changed was I did 2 tsp of cinnamon instead of 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of ginger, only because I didn't have any ginger. I will make these again!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This recipe was AMAZING!!!! I made 3 batches of it for my graduation party and every single one turned out perfect! I used 1 packet of italian seasonings and a 1/2 tsp of oregano (just bc I'm not a fan of it). I threw some whole pepperoncini peppers and some of the juice. I also used 2-2 1/2 pound chuck roasts bc they were on sale. After 12 hours in the slow cooker on low it just fell apart. I served them on dollar rolls with some provolone cheese. I will use this recipe everytime I make Italian beef!!!

Lower Fat Banana Bread I

This is AWESOME! I loved it! The only change I made was I added a little bit of vanilla and some cinnamon, but you can't tell it only has a 1/4 c of margarine in it! I will make this again!

Gooey Butter Cookies

I decided to make these after a really bad day at work and they were just what I needed! They were BEYOND AMAZING! I made them exactly as the recipe says and they were perfect! I might just have to make these on a regular occasion...even though they'll be a killer on my waist line!

Potato Casserole II

This was awesome!!!! My dad is very picky and does not like to try new things and he LOVES it! It even does well when reheated. We had a little left over since it makes so much and we stuck it back in the oven the next night and it was just as good. I will make this again for sure!

They were pretty good except they spread out alot when they were baking. They do taste pretty good but they were a little too sweet for me. I probably won't make these again.

Thai Chicken
