Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
Hmmmm, I hate to be one to not give a good review after so many good ones, but I followed the recipe to a "T" (which is unusual for me) and it didn't turn out that great. The taste was ok, but they were a bit rubbery. The frosting was good, but I won't make them again=(

Chocolate Chip Cookies Lite
Yummy! I doubled the recipe, used one whole egg, white whole wheat flour, and a dash of cinnamon. Also added some dried cherries to one batch.

Tofu Chocolate Pudding
YUM! I have only cooked with tofu a couple of times even though I am a vegetarian and thought I would give this a try to use up a half of a box. I used Chocolate Rice Dream milk instead and this was super yummy!!!
