Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
This recipe was excellent. I just tried it out with a tiny 2 lb. rump roast, and cooked it in the slow cooker on medium (3) for about 4 hours. There were no leftovers due to the small size of the cut of meat - will definitely go for the 4 pounder next time! Might cut the beer in half, the kids commented on the taste of it being a little strong. Simply delicious and couldn't be easier to make!
