Excellent and easy. I made this for Thanksgiving and it was gone in no time! I added 12 oz. rum to the recipe to give it a little "kick".

This recipe was excellent. I just tried it out with a tiny 2 lb. rump roast, and cooked it in the slow cooker on medium (3) for about 4 hours. There were no leftovers due to the small size of the cut of meat - will definitely go for the 4 pounder next time! Might cut the beer in half, the kids commented on the taste of it being a little strong. Simply delicious and couldn't be easier to make!

These were the best pork chops I have ever made. Even my husband, who is not much of a meat eater, loved them! He said it was like eating in a first-class restaurant. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
