Never Fail Biscuits

I followed the recipe except I left out the sugar and the biscuits were fluffy, layered and tasty. Next time I will increase the salt to 1 tsp.

Light Wheat Rolls

This is a fantastic recipe. I added about 1/4 of wheat gluten and used the All Natural/All Purose flour from Costco. They were chewy and had a nice crust. Each dough ball should be about 2 oz.

I think it would be better without the potato flakes. Just use more potato and puree most of the solids at the end. I did add fennel and that was good.

Very tasty. I followed the recipe exactly and they separated out beautifully. I did have to add about 12 minutes to the cooking time and next time I'll try to make the crust on the edges look a little prettier.

Next time I will halve the sugar and increase the onion. I followed another user's suggestion and shredded the onion to good effect. I also added 1 tsp of baking powder instead of using self rising flour/cornbread. Next time I will increase the flour by a 1/4 c. and add 1/2 tsp of salt.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Delicious! I used turkey ham and yarlsburg cheese. I also dipped the wrapped chicken in flour, then an egg/milk bath, then bread crumbs. I topped each roll with a pat of butter as others suggested. I also made the sauce others suggested (1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tbs lemon juice, plus some milk to thin it). I heated the sauce on the stove and poured it over the chicken when it came out of the oven.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

I used a whole package of spinach and was generous with all the other measurements. I also added about 1 teaspoon of salt and at the very end I sprinkled the dish with bread crumbs and more cheese.

Banana Streusel Muffins

This is the perfect recipe. I've been searching for a long, long time and am thrilled to finally have found this. I used 3 bananas and 1/2 c. of plain yogurt since I only had 1/2 c. of sour cream. Next time I will also add some chopped walnuts.
