About this Cook
Married to a man that will eat most anything, which is great because I am always trying new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
Meals for a large number of people (I'm used to cooking for two). And of course, dessert!
My cooking triumphs
I've had people argue over who gets the last piece of a cake I made. That was satisfying.
My cooking tragedies
I think the worst one of all was cooking fish that was salted. I didn't realize it was, so I didn't soak it in water beforehand. We considered using it to melt ice on the driveway (it was winter), but it went straight to the trash instead.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
These are good, but don't really taste any different than "regular" sugar cookies.

Easy Beef Stroganoff
I used 1lb beef...2 lb would have been overkill. Skipped mushrooms and oil, and flavor was good. Even my two-and-a-half year old ate it!

Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells
Will definitely make again. I used cream cheese straight out of the fridge and combined with drained beef. Everything was creamy in just a few minutes.
