Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
My family LOVED this!!! We ate it as a meal and my family does not eat soup for a meal - my son asked for more corn lol...I think I will add some pinto beans and hubby said it needed more chicken - I used canned for ease, next time I will shred 2 lbs of boiled or grilled chicken. Awesome Recipe!!

BBQ Steak
This is by far my husbands favorite marinated steak recipe - it is amazing how the thick marinade clings to the steaks as you grill it - absolutely one of our family favorites and so easy!

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd
The kids LOVE this - I scale it down to 4-6 servings and it's perfect!!
