The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Just like everyone says...easy and good! They also don't have that sickening (to me anyway) uber-sweet taste. They're just right. One thing I noticed, when I was rolling out the first 1/2 of the batch, I was using powdered sugar as my anti-sticking stuff. Then, when I went back to make the last half, I was rolling them out on the parchment that the previous cookies had already baked on. Since it had some oil on it, they were much easier to manipulate. In the future, I think I'll spray the parchment with cooking spray to begin with and skip the flour/powdered sugar.

Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies
These were the cookies my childhood friends mother used to make! Surprisingly yummy! I was not talented enough to make mine into little wreath shapes (they're too hot when you're handling them), but they're still cute and taste really good. Fun to see/have something different.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
This was SOOO good! Yummy! I'm a bit of a novice at pan frying things, but I was trying to follow the recipe exactly, so I did it that way. I think I would have been more successful with the oven method. Even though mine weren't the best looking falafels (due to my frying skills) they tasted GREAT! Oh, and the sauce was spot on! Will definitely make again (in the oven).
