Pot Stickers Traditional

Wow what a great recipe. I've made these twice, the second time I cooked them a little differently.Heated 2 tblsp. of oil over medium heat. Lightly browned them until golden on the bottom then poured 1 cup of water into the skillet and covered immediately. Cooked them over medium heat until most of the liquid was gone. Uncovered and continued cooking until the liquid was entirely gone and they were golden on the bottom. I served them with Szechwan sauce I purchased at Safeway. My husband went crazy over them!!! The also freeze very well.

Banana Cream Pie I

We didn't think this pie had a strong enough banana flavour, found it to be bland. I may make it again and add banana extract or pureed bananas for the filling.

It was appetizer night at our house tonight. I made these as one of the appetizers and they were soooo delicious!!!! I'll be making this recipe alot, the sauce is just perfect in my books. Definitely a five star recipe.

Chicken Fiesta Salad

This is a very nice salad. Be careful on the type of onion you use as I used a jumbo yellow onion and the taste was very strong. I'm goig to use green onions or may be a red one the next time.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I made this recipe for dinner tonight my husband went bananas over it! I added brown mushrooms, red onion and a tomato cut in quarters and it was really delicious. I think that you need to add more things to it other than just snow peas. Five Stars in my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

This is a great tasting soup. Very delicious and easy to prepare. I served it with bread rolls and it was a meal, gave some to my neighbors next door and there still talking about how got it was.
