Baked Spaghetti
Overall, a very good recipe. I agree with using a larger jar of sauce - a small jar just isn't enough. I added some chopped garlic since our family loves garlic. The 9"x13" dish almost isn't large enough...I used a 10"x15" instead. Also, I substituted a 5-cheese Italian blend for the mozzarella.

Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon
Cooked as recommended - chicken was somewhat bland and was extremely dry. Not impressed by this recipe at all. I doubt I'll ever make this again.

London Broil II
Excellent marinade! You need to be careful when cooking a London Broil but this recipe really works well. The longer you marinate, the better. And the hotter the grill, the better. I love medium-rare so 5-6 minutes on each side was perfect. Will definitely make this again!
