Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf
4 stars with the recommendations for the yogurt and butter. I did swap out the butter for unsweetened applesauce. Even though I used lemon flavored yogurt, the lemon flavor was too subtle. I added 1 tsp of lemon extract. The DH gave it two thumbs up.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
I've tasted better and other flourless cakes recipes I've tried turned out to be cakes. This was more gooey and I would possibly consider this like a torte? At 5,280ft here in Denver I believe the baking temp and/or time needs adjustment. The middle of my cake was just raw. Tastes better cold than warm.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Yum! Just as good, if not better, than store bought. Thank you soo much for this basic recipe. I used 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup and 1/4 cup honey in place of the corn syrup. Other swaps: 1/4 cup brown sugar, broken graham crackers instead of cereal, part raisins part almonds for the marshmallows, ground flaxseed for wheat germ, and added a scoop of whey protein powder. I pressed the mix firmly into the pan before baking (27 minutes at 350) and I had no crumble issues. I cannot wait to try it with nutella and broken oreos!
