Slow Cooker Reuben Dip
I thought this was very good - not your basic party dip. It was pretty easy to get ready and throw together - delicious!

Bandito Beans
This was way more interesting than the usual baked beans. Sort of an italian chili/baked bean combination of tastes. I used Italian Sausage, too and didn't bother with the fennel. My family loved it.

Lemon Orzo Primavera
This was really good and different. I followed the recipe pretty close except that I used chicken broth. I didn't have a problem with the orzo getting completely cooked, but additional cheese would make it a little more interesting.
