My favorite things to cook
I love to cook and eat PASTA! Thank God my husband likes pasta as much as I do. We love any pasta, with any sauce. I am trying to start using whole wheat pasta, but the family is a little resistant. So I'll just sneak it in.;-)

Garlic Shrimp and Pasta
Good dish! It was not what I was looking for, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lemon was a lil strong for me, so I added 1 tbsp sugar at end. I followed other suggestions and did the following. I sauteed 4 cloves garlic, minced onion, shrimp and veegie mix in butter. Removed from pan, added sauce ingredients. After it thickened, I returned shrimp mix to pan. Also, added more salt in the end. Will decrease lemon juice next time.

Szechwan Shrimp
My family and I loved this recipe. I took some of the suggestions to double the sauce and add veggies (frozen but cooked first). Also, I used raw shrimp, allow the shrimp to cook until pink. Then added the sauce. Then the veggies. I did not have any cornstarch so I used flour instead. Delicious

Pancakes
I wanted a recipe for light and fluffy pancakes, and this was not the recipe for me.
