Hawaiian Chicken
this was pretty good. It took a little longer to cook than the recipe called and I thought it could have used some more veggies, maybe some onion rings or green beans.

Penne with Pancetta, Tuna, and White Wine
This was really good. I thought it was a bit salty but my family loved it and my DH (a very picky eater) loved it. I think next time I'm going to try fresh tun instead of canned, I think it might make the flavor more savory rather than salty.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
My picky husband even ate this. The only cheese I had was Gouda and it was incredible.
