BEST FILETS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! My boyfriend and I loved this recipe! Never thought filets could get so tender in a pan! EXCELLENT recipe! Made it with the garlic red potatoes and parmesan asparagus from this website! Delish dinner!!

Awesome!! I marinaded the chicken in Grill Mates Chipolte Pepper all afternoon, then grilled them on the foreman. Then cubed the chicken and mixed it in with green and red peppers, diced green chilies and one can of rotell with green chilies. Used a mexican blend of cheese. Turned out awesome and now I have lunch for the week as well!! They reheat wonderfully!!

If I were to make this again I would definitely cook the macaroni atleast halfway through before putting it in the oven. All the macaroni did not cook all the way through and was hard. Other then that not a bad recipe, added a bag of frozen veggies, cauliflower, broccolie and carrots. Needs more flavor though and definitely do not add the macaroni without cooking it a bit prior.
