Don Struble's Puerto Rican Pork Roast
I made this for guests and they loved it. I did not put in the olives and used a whole clove of garlic in each cut. I also used a pork tenderloin instead of a pork roast. Very good flavor!

Stuffed Shells III
This was a great recipe. I followed other's advice and used a ziploc bag with a cut in the corner to pipe the filling into the shells. We are not mushroom fans, so I topped it with ground sirloin instead. My husband loved it!
