Anniversary Chicken I

As is only three stars because it was a little bland. I will make again but I will marinate the chicken in teriyaki first. Season with garlic, onion powder and pepper. I will probably use ranch powder as well. All in all it was ok as written

Buffalo Chicken Phyllo Wraps

This turned out really well for me. I had a snafu with the phyllo crust and ended up making the second batch as a wrap with lettuce and shredded carrots and added celery and it was good.

Baked Potato Soup I

Have made this many times. First few times as written but recently Ive been changing the recipe to suit our tastes and to cut down on time. I can make this in the crockpot, no butter or flour needed. I have also subbed the cheese for a little condensed cheese soup with great results. This is a keeper

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Doubled this recipe for Christmas dinner, I wish I had not doubled the cream cheese, It came out thicker than I wanted. Nothing a little milk didnt fix. Overall it was good and Ill use again.

this was devoured yesterday, i will make changes in the future, i will add more heavy whipping cream to make it a little more creamy. More spices and I drizzled marshmallow cream over the top. I loved that addition. the topping makes the dish we loved it

AS WRITTEN 4 STARS, MADE THIS SANDWICH FOR DINNER TWICE, FIRST TIME USED THE STORE BRAND THINLY SLICED MEAT. WE LIKE OUR FOOD SEASONED SO I ADDED WORCHESHIRE STEAK SEASONING AND A DASH OF LIQUID SMOKE. MY BF DOESNT LIKE MAYO SO I TOASTED IT INTO THE BREAD, HE LIKE IT. SECOND TIME I USED SLICE ROUND STEAK, PREFER THE FROZEN THIN SLICED KIND.

pretty good, i agree that its not the normal enchilada sauce but gave me great ideas. I made as written added a little more cumin and chili powder than needed. also added red pepper and chipotle. it was really good with the changes

SEEMED LIKE THE BROWN SUGAR/BUTTER MEASUREMENT WAS A LITTLE OFF I SEEMED TO HAVE TO MUCH TO MAKE THE CRUST IT CAME OUT WITH MORE OR A CARAMELLY TEXTURE. BUT FLAVOR WAS GOOD AND I WILL TRY AGAIN

Made these for a Luau party I went to , omitted chicken since I was bringing a chicken dish as well, they came out very well. I added more seasoning, used fresh ginger and bought the store coleslaw mix as well

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

These were good, I subbed rice vinegar because I didnt have sherry, I like my meat well seasoned so I did season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder after marinating, (first batch I didnt and they were a little bland)we also added marinated bell peppers and white and red onions.

Coconut Shrimp I

I upped this recipe for 24 servings for a luau themed party I went to over the weekend. I needed slightly more coconut flakes than the recipe called for. Otherwise I wouldnt change a thing, they were a hit.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

This was so delicious that after I ate my chicken breast, I had to go back to make the rest of the bag of breasts I had. I was a little bit spicy but not too hot and I added lemon juice to the mix. We ate this on spanish style brown rice with broccoli. I also had left overs on salad and it was so juicy and perfect I cant wait to make more!

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

This was delicious, I did make a few changes to suit my tastes. I seasoned the chicken with a homemade taco seasoning I have. I also omitted the onions and added a small can of spanish style corn. This was very good and my one year old and my boyfriend both devoured it and ate more.

RECIPE WAS OK AS WRITTEN BUT IT NOTICED I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH SOUP TO COVER MY POTATOES, ALSO TASTED THE MIX AND IT WAS A LITTLE BLAND. I ADDED ABOUT A CUP OF MILK AND SOME SOUR CREAM . ALSO SEASONED THE MIXTURE WITH CHICKEN BULLION, GARLIC POWDER AND PARSELY. CAME OUT VERY GOOD

Baked Ziti I

Good, I was a little short on ingredients (provalone) and time, but I used sliced mozzarella and it was very good, I will experiment with the flavor a little since it was a tad bit bland, could have been my jarred sauce. Also cut it in half and could have made even less it made more than I was expecting.
