Tomato-Curry Lentil Stew
I make this all the time for me and my 5 children. We all love it! I scale the recipe for 8 servings, because I love having leftovers for the next day.

Stewed Cabbage

Krissy's Best Ever Corn Muffins
I could have sworn I had some corn on hand, but I didn't. I went ahead and made it anyway...minus the corn. Very good!
