One of the first meals I ever made for my husband was a stir fry that had some carrots that had gone bad in it! Poor guy ate half the meal before I realized what had happened and told him not to eat it.

Coconut Macaroons III
Just made a batch of these and they were delicious. Halved the recipe but made no other changes. Toasty on the outside but soft on the inside, very tasty.

Easy Pancakes
I also cut the baking powder down, to 2 heaped tsp., and added a dash of vanilla, but I've made the recipe as written just to check it out that way snd the increase in baking powder doesn't hurt anything, it's just not neccessary.

Durbin Hotel Sugar Cream Pie
I made this for my Father who absolutely LOVES sugar cream pie, and he ate every bit except for the one piece I got to eat myself ^_^ Much tastier than a wick's and definitely worth the effort.
