Parmesan Herb Bread

I did not find this very good. I substituted 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour for the all purpose. Don't know if that did it, but it was crumbly and lacked flavor.

Orange Muffins

These muffins were great! I used only 1/4 cup marg and replaced the other 1/4 with applesauce. Next time I might try adding some orange extract for a little more orangy flavor.

Homemade Salami

This is an awesome recipe! And so simple! I did increase the onion and garlic powder to 1/2 tsp each. I will definitely make this again and again.
