Blueberry Drop Cookies
I thought this recipe was very good. The texture turned out normal like a cookie. I was afraid it would be gooey like other reviews said. I did use Crisco which give me the best cookies every single time. I will try butter crisco next time for this recipe to give it a more golden color and buttery flavor. I omitted the lemon zest and did 1/2 t almond and a 1/2 t vanilla and it was tasty. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
I thought this was pretty good but very sweet. Nice change though from your typical banana bread.

Grandma Johnson's Scones
I make these scones and sell them at my husband's school and people are always telling me how good they are. They are very moistand buttery. Not your typical dry scone. It is very easy to make. I make 2 circles of 8 and top them with chocolate chips, cranberries, blueberries, and rasberries. I drizzle icing sugar on them. I have also used butter crisco for butter and it turns out great. You will love this recipe! Give it a try!
