Nora's Special Chocolate Chip Muffins
PERFECT SOY MILK SUBSTITUTE MUFFINS - yummy muffins... they did seem quite heavy as other reviewers have mentioned but muffins are traditionally heavy compared to cupcakes so I wasnt surprised at the texture/weight. I changed the milk component to VANILLA SOY MILK and it was GREAT!!!!!

Scalloped Potatoes II
good recipe... the cream mix was a bit greasy though, there was quite a bit of grease on the top of the potatos but other than that these were pretty great! perhaps a bit longer in the oven for euro ovens :)

Chococonut Chip Cookies
excellent biscuits! they def didnt last for more than an hour... light and chewy... really good
