Stuffed Breast of Veal
This is a recipe my mom made when I was a child. The stuffing is wonderful and can be used with chicken or turkey also. I did, however add sauteed spinach and roasted sunflower seeds to the stuffing mixture. Thank you for sharing this recipe and taking me back to a very happy time in my life!!

Broccoli Cheese Bake
I love this recipe - it is a family favorite. I substitute shredded mozzarella for the swiss cheese and I use 4 eggs to make it light. I also add fresh minced garlic to the roux - yum!

Jackie's Special Meatloaf
I am not a lover of meatloaf but this recipe was wonderful. I think the panko breadcrumbs made a world of difference. This was a light and flavorful recipe which I will make again and again. To me most meatloaf tastes like hamburger, boring, boring, boring, but not this. I did add some fresh garlic and onion, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for sharing Jackie!
