Hearty Ham Casserole
This was just what everyone wanted from a big Christmas dinner the day before. The only change I made was I added some Dijon and some Worcestershire Sauce for a little more flavor.

Yellow Squash Casserole
My husband says this replaces a family favorie casserole his mom always makes at Thanksgiving. I used onion crackers because it what I had on hand - added a nice flavor.

Hot Corn Dip
My husband ate it like a casserole. When we went to the store, he asked if I was going to get the ingrediants to make it again. I only made the first one 3 days ago!
