About this Cook
There isn't much to tell. I have been cooking since I was 11 years old. One of my chores was baking bread. My dad hated store baught bread. I hardly go out to eat. I can't see paying the prices of a plate of food. When I can make the same thing that would cost less money and you have more servings.

Campbell's Kitchen Turkey and Stuffing Casserole
This is a quick easy meal on those busy days. Just make sure you take out the forzen vegetables ahead a time. Or soak the vegetables in warm water to unthaw them. I used a box of Stove Top Stuffing and I topped the casserole with swiss cheese. All good!

Garlic Chicken
My daughter made this on my suggestion. She wanted to cook something simple and and tasty for her husband and son. Her husband just told me thank you. He really enjoyed it. Donna A.
