great recipe! I add 1 tbsp more sugar for a slightly sweeter 'candied' flavour and use canola oil and this recipe is still fab. thanks for sharing!

well, well, well. This is one of the ebst recipes I have ever had on this web site. My husband was raving about it for hours after he ate it! I followed it to a tee except one thing. I added a TBSP of white vinegar to the tahini sauce, which in my opinion, gave it a 'dressing' type quality. Thanks for the recipe! It was relatively easy, relatively healthy and SUPER yummy!

African Chicken Stew

Excellent! I just finished cooking this and had a taste test...yummy! So, some things I did differently: -Added one heaping tbsp of peanut butter only. -used chicken stock instead of water, needed about 2 cups. -used 3 chicken breasts instead of a chicken. -put a couple of carrots, some spinach and peas into it. What flavour. I am super impressed. Definetely a keeper, and not too exotic-crazy tasting..just right. Tahnks for sharing.

I healthed this recipe up a bit. Used purple cabbage, and organic apple cider vinegar. Also, cut the sugar in half and it turned out fantastic! I will be making this recipe often. Thanks for sharing.

Pizza Dough III

Perfecto! I added 1 clove of minced garlic and a bit of Italian seasoning to give it a little extra flavour. I also used this dough to make braided breadsticks and they turned out wonderfully! Thanks for the recipe.

Pork Chile Rojo (Pulled Pork with Red Chile Sauce)

This was a great flavour. I added a couple of things though, in my opinion, enhanced the flavour even more so. Added 3 cloves garlic and 1 half of a lime( rind and all). Let it all cook together. the lime added such an amazing flavour to the dish, I couldnt imagine it without it. Thanks for the recipe. Definetely a keeper!

Delicious, simple flavours! I made some modifications as I wanted this to be a lower calorie/fat dressing: 1/2 c vinegar 5tsp sugar plus 2 packages of Stevia 3tbsp olive oil Turned out fantastic despite the changes! thanks for sharing :)

Seasoned Crab Cakes

these were good. I didnt put in the OXO cube or worstershire sauce and it turned out very well. I added a clove of garlic and coated both sides of the cake with corn meal instead of corn flakes. Very crispy and yummy

Baked Sesame Chicken

This was a great concept, but seemed to be lacking a couple of things. I added some sugar, garlic and oyster sauce to the soy sauce mixture. That really put it over the top. Thanks for the good, low fat recipe!
