I was born in the BEAUTIFUL British Virgin Islands, and currently live Pearland, TX with my wonderful family. I come from a large family and the kitchen is the favorite spot in my mom's house. We celebrate everything with food. My favorite things to cook are curried anything, banana cake, lamb chops and nigerian beef stew and of course my famous baked rice! Sunday brunch after church...mom's cooking..ahhh The first time I made my husband his nigerian Egusi soup this was a major success! OH NO...trying to write happy birthday on my hubbies birthday cake was a disaster, the icing was too runny..needless to say it looked horrible. (tasted great though:)
