Sweet and Sour Meatloaf
This by far is the best meatloaf!I use subsitute Splenda for the sugar.

Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit
Great salad! Instead of vegtable oil, I used extra virgin olive oil, honey roasted almonds, Splenda(instead of sugar) and of course, strawberries.

Ben Lippen School Coffee Cake (Mrs. Hathaway's recipe)
The cake had good flavor, but the topping was "lackluster". Doubling the topping is recommended and use brown sugar instead of white. Also, I drizzled some almond flavored icing over the top and since I had fresh sliced strawberries, added those too!
