Apple Crumble Pie
This ended up quite runny. I did add 2 tbsp of flour to the sugar, cinnamon mixture, before I stirred it with the apples. The flavor was good, but would suggest adding more flour to the mixture.

Banana Coconut Loaf
This was delicious! The coconut gives it a tropical flavor, which is nice for a change. I have made it twice now, used walnuts once and pecans the second time.
