Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
This is our new favorite way to use spaghetti squash. We added mushrooms and crushed red peppers to the sauce. Loved cooking and serving in the shells, it looked good and allowed you to get maximum squash out. Cooked the seeds with the garlic salt, great idea.

Butter Bean Burgers
These were great. I followed the advise of others and put them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before cooking. I also used panko crumbs instead of the saltines. They held together well when cooking. Will definitely make these again.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese
Have rainbow swiss chard in our garden for the first time and used this recipe for our first harvest. It was wonderful. My daughter is a big fan and loved this way to prepare it.
