Marinated Rosemary Chicken

The flavor was great, but I have to say that it was way to much rosemary and garlic. I used a 4 lb chicken and it was too much. So next time I will use 1/2 of the rosemary and garlic. But other than that the chicken was moist and great!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This is a great recipe. I only have one comment. I used 1/2 cup of sugar for the whipped topping, and it still was a little to sweet, next time I would use 1/4 cup instead, but overall it is wonderful!!

Tres Leches III

30 minutes is not enough to cook this cake. I cooked it long enough so I could stick a toothpick in and it would come out clean The cake came out very eggy. THis recipe uses way to many eggs. It was not spongy at all.
