Cinnamon-Raisin Granola
I thought this worked out perfectly to put on my morning yogurt. I did replace the oil with Sunsweets Lighter Bake fruit puree, just because all I had was olive oil. It still cooked up nice and crunchy. Next time I will add a little more sugar, but that is a personal preference.

Salsa I
I tasted it as is, which I was surpised that it tasted like salsa with so few ingredients. I did add a few generous shakes of hot sauce to my taste but it was definitely fine as written

Easy Peach Crisp II
Only used 1/2 cup of butter because that's all I had. I made up the difference in liquid by adding a few tablespoons of the canned peach syrup-I knew I set it aside for a reason! Came out beautifully!
