Candy Cane Fudge
Didn't really care for this. I thought it was chewy, not like my reguar fudge recipe using marshmallow fluff. Unwrapping the candy canes was also very tedious. Sorry...

Chex(R) Lemon Buddies
4 starts as written - only because the cereal does get soggy/stale tasting. DELICIOUS lemon flavor. Will try baking next time.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Oh my gosh! This was fabulous and I am not a swee potato fan - never liked the marshmallow casserole - blech. This was like desert! It was terrific!
