Easy Arugula Salad
Very refreshing, simple to make, but I think I'll omit avacado next time and try with pears?

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage
Very hearty and warm in the tummy... It needed italian seasoning, touch of shrooms & green peppers and a sprinkle of chili flakes to pizzaz it :}

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken
Yummy, i added tobasco for spice, and a touch of vinegar too...Use PC sweet with heat mustard...I think next time i'll try grilling to see how that works out.. this would be freakin amazing with a pulled pork in a slow cooker!
