Swedish Meatballs I

Banana Streusel Muffins

These turned out delicious and moist. I added a tsp of vanilla extract and used vegetable oil instead of butter for the muffins. I cooked them for 20 mins on 350. i have an electric stove, so I'm not sure if that matters, but they turned out moist and the top was crunchy. They would be even better with banana extract added.

It was alright, but would have been better if the tenders had been fried and the sauce wasn't so sweet. I decreased the sugar as suggested in previous reviews, but it was still too sweet for my tastes.

These were edible, but my guest didn't really take to them. I think maybe the cream cheese taste was too dominant. If I ever made them again, I'd probably use half cream cheese and half sour cream.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Delicious and tender. I didn't have any wine, so I used beef broth. I also didn't want to go to the store to buy balsalmic vinegar (I've never used it before), but I did have the balsalmic-type salad dressing which I used... still turned out delicious. Took longer to cook than what the recipe stated, but I cooked it on a low temp.
