Herbed Stuffed Green Peppers
I actually go this off of the Taste of Home website, I did change it a little bit- we added 1 Lbs mild iltalian sausage to 1 lbs of turkey (WOW) i tripled the recipe and also used this samed mixture for stuffed cabbage (WOW,again)

Garlic Red Potatoes
My dad & my husband loved this recipe. i used baby red potatoes quarted, we have had on Monday and they wanted them again on tuesday!!!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill
oh my!! We have never been fish eaters but recently we decided to try this recipe and i am glad we did. i have made this several times and the only thing i did differnet was i rolled the fish in the mixture so it was on both sides.
