Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad
Pretty as a picture, and delicious too! The marinade adds just the right touch of zing without overpowering the tomatoes. This was a perfect way to use up the abundance of cherry tomatoes I have growing in my garden right now. I followed the recipe to a tee, but used extra-virgin olive oil & added a few turns of fresh cracked black pepper. Yum. Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy Pepperoni Bread
I would give this 100 stars but it only goes up to 5! Perfect, perfect, perfect!!! I made two at one time. One we ate, the other we froze. Three weeks later, the frozen one was just as delicious as the fresh one was (no thawing needed, goes right from freezer to oven, wrapped in foil. I don't think this is necessary, but it sure made it good: I used a garlic-flavored extra virgin olive oil on the dough, and I placed the cheese first (as other reviewers mentioned) and then the pepperoni on top of that. After rolling, I brushed with egg and then topped with a little bit of shredded cheese just for looks. My kids (even the picky one) LOVED this. This is the keeper of all keepers. Tasted like I bought it at an Italian bakery or restaurant, even better, and was so easy! Can't wait to try other fillings...ham & cheese, broccoli or spinach & cheese, philly cheesesteak (fried onions, steak & cheese). Thanks for submitting this!!!!!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I made this on Monday and by Wednesday it was gone, even after attempting to hide it in the garage (it's cold out there)! TOP NOTCH recipe, and I have failed other methods and was really hoping that this one would work...and it did! It's FOOLPROOF. The last one I tried & failed had you using a candy thermometer. I wound up with a dry, grainy mess. Aunt Teen's came out so creamy and perfect. It was addicting, and everyone in my house could not keep their hands off of it. I will definitely be making this again VERY SOON (as soon as I buy more ingredients!) Thanks for submitting this!!!
