AWESOME!!!! We all loved this, including my toddler. Yum. I did brown the meat and deglaze the pan with beef broth and red wine before putting it in the slow cooker as some reviewers suggested, but other than that, I didn't change a thing. This was fantastic! Tender beef and a rich hearty flavor. Yum yum. This will become a staple around our house.

This was great! The only thing I'd change is to add more potatoes next time! My husband and I were fighting over them they were so good. :) YUMMY!
