Maybe I did something wrong. I just wasn't that thrilled with this recipe.

Don't forget to spray before putting in the oven. Just a warning as I saw other's note this and I almost forgot! This fish is about the best I've ever had. Turned out just like it was fried in oil without the greasiness! Nice and crispy. I invited my husband's friend to eat with us, a true country boy, and he was floored at how good this was and how I cooked it. Easy clean-up too! Thanks! This one has been filed in my special recipe box in the kitchen.
