New England Clam Chowder I
We really enjoyed this chowder. I used peppered bacon and therefore did not add additional pepper, 1 pint of light cream and 1 can of evaporated milk in place of Half & Half. I also used 3 cans of clams and the juice from 1 can, discarding the liquid from the other 2 cans. It was delicious! Thanks for sharing this great recipe.
