Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

Very good, used 14 ounces of macaroni, omitted the thyme, and half the cayenne pepper. Next time I will use only 12 oz. of macaroni. I like creamier mac & cheese

This is a very good italian dressing. I love it, second time making it . Will be making this again and again. Thanks so much for the recipe. I oly used 1 teaspoon salt, and garkic powder instead of garlic salt

really loved it. used what I had on hand, pacante sauce in place of salsa, and well drained can of spinach, in place of fresh spinach. also sliced the carrots. will make it again and again. thanks so much for the recipe

Sweet Potato Casserole I

This is soooo good. We all loved it. I used 3/4 cup white suger instead of 1 cup. My family just loved it. This will be a regular at Thanksgiving at my house. Thanks for the great recipe, Nancy.

Butternut Squash Soup with a Kick

awesome. used a half cup skim milk instead of coconut milk, omitted fresh thyme, used stick blender. will be making this again real soon. Its good without the sour cream, but with it, its awesome. Thanks so much for posting the recipe.

Mexican Bean Salad

This is a great bean salad. I made no changes. Like others have said, its best when given a couple days before eating. I almost cut in half the oil and red cider vinager, as a few others suggested. I am glad I stuck to the recipe.
