Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Something very good came from these six cans. I really liked it with a spoon of sour cream added to it. Simple, quick, and good.

Mexican Bean Salad

This is a great bean salad. I made no changes. Like others have said, its best when given a couple days before eating. I almost cut in half the oil and red cider vinager, as a few others suggested. I am glad I stuck to the recipe.

Rhubarb Pudding Cake

Loved this cake, I made it with splenda for baking in the cake part, and for the topping, I used half sugar and half splenda. Also used 4 cups of rhubarb as I have a big rhubarb patch in my garden. I served it with cool whip. I'll be making this one often. Thanks for posting it Mindy

Apple Bars

I loved these bars. I did substitute the butter with a half cup of olive oil for baking, and used a little less than two thirds cup suger, and upped the chopped apples to one and a half cups. So easy and so very good. I will make them again, thats for sure. Thanks for the recipe.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Loved this soup. I pretty much stuck to the recipe; except I used garlic salt instead of plain salt, and used skimmed milk instead of cream. I will be making this again. So easy to make too. Thanks for this great recipe

This is a good dish. I made it as the recipe stated, except for adding a little garlic. I will be making it again. It's a great way to use up some squash. Don't you just love summer, with all these great vegtables

Zucchini Patties

This is a good recipe. I added a diced hungarian yellow pepper, and I used more oil for frying. I loved them. I will be making them again. Thanks for posting this recipe,I had been looking for some recipes to use up some of my zucchini.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Very good bread. Only thing I changed was the amount of zucchini. I added 4 cups of zucchini, instead of two. It made two 8x4 loaves, plus a mini loaf. The mini loaf took 40 min's to bake, and the 8x4 loaves 60 min's in my oven. I will be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

This is so good, didnt change a thing except added more ice cream. Took advice of another reviewer, and made the sauce first, so it had time to cool. It does taste like a buster bar. This is a keeper.Thanks for the recipe.

Mexican Lasagna

This was so good. I used the flour tortillas, and on the first layer of tortillas, I added the refried beans before the meat sauce,as another reviewer did. Also added about another cup and a half of cheese,divided on the first layer, and top per another reviewer. I loved it, and so did my teenage grand-daughter, and her mom and dad. Heavenly Pink Salad
