This is a good chili. Next time I will use all kidney beans, and ease up on the spice some

Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese
Very good, used 14 ounces of macaroni, omitted the thyme, and half the cayenne pepper. Next time I will use only 12 oz. of macaroni. I like creamier mac & cheese

Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder
It was a pretty good soup, my family liked it. It didn't have enough clam taste to me and I added extra can of chopped clams.
