Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This recipe was okay. I agree with some of the viewers; the mayo was overwhelming. If I make this again, I will omit the mayo, add two eggs and use mozarella cheese instead of feta.

Beans and Greens

I wanted to make something different for New Years so I opted for this. My daughter loved it and begged me to pleeeze keep it in the menu. The only thing I'll change is not use so much curry powder next time as I'm not a a real lover of curry powder.

Spicy Sausage Casserole

I was wondering what was missing in this recipe until I read the other reviews of where rice was added. Also, how can you have a casserole without cheese? This reminds me more of soup.

Spanish Style White Bean and Sausage Soup

I just made this soup and it is definaley a keeper. I did make a few changes however. I used navy beans, since I don't care for northern beans. And I've never heard of saffron so I left that out. And I used italian sausage and added red pepper flakes to spice it up and a few chicken bouillion cubes. I tossed everything in the crock pot except the sausage and kale. When everything was almost done, I added my cooked meat and sauted kale and cooked another hour to blend in. This is absolutely yummy!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

This reminds me of shake n bake chicken with a touch of cheese. However I did like it and I will definately make this again as this is an alternative to deep fried chicken, which I'm trying to avoid. LOL

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies

A great alternative to pasta! I am a low carber, and was looking for a way to make spaghetti without cheating. I am so glad I found this recipe! What I did differently after scraping it out was put everthing together like I would make a big pot of spaghetti. This reminds me of angel hair pasta. I now have another superb low carb recipe.

Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Finally! After years of the frustration of having watery sweet potatoes and not being sweet enough...I come across this recipe! Now I can serve my candied yams with pride. I never thought I'd be able to make them "candied". And I never thought to cook them in an iron skillet. DUH! This is definately a keeper for me!

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding I

This is the exact recipe I grew up with. Only my mom always used left over cooked rice, then added the other ingredients along with a little butter. It always came out creamy and the butter enhanced the other flavors

Banana Banana Bread

I never really cared for banana bread because all the ones I've tried were too dry, but this one was very moist. The only thing I will do differently next time is add more sugar. Otherwise I like this recipe and will keep it in my cookbook.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I didn't care for this recipe. The bread didn't get done in the middle, it was too heavy and tasted gummy. I'm going to have to find my original recipe which was a real winner!
