The Way to a Man's Heart
Absolutly delicious! Next time I will avoid the ramakins, and make larger preportions on the serving plate. (This seemed like an unneccesary step!)I will probably also add a few cloves of garlic just to put a little extra something into the sauce!

Red Cabbage and Apples
This was a very tasty recipe. Though I do feel that baking, rather then stewing would have enriched the flavor of the apples, and made the whole side dish a little more hearty.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes
Definitly delicious, but the recipe needs to be adjusted to the size of the chops. For four chops there is way too much extra on top. Baking time should also be adjusted. Keep your eyes on the yams, once they're done, so is the rest of the recipe. But, as I said definitly delicious!
