This is great hummus, better than another recipe I tried once. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't think it needed extra liquid. I washed the garbanzo beans and drained them but didn't dry them. I added a bit of olive oil to the mix, but not much. I made the recipe as written, but it seemed way too lemony, so I added another can of beans and another 1/3 cup tahini. It turned out great. Perhaps, as another reviewer mentioned, the lemon flavor will diminish after today. Oh, I also added the paprika directly to the mix, as I won't be serving it to look nice and just wanted the flavor. Next time I'm going to try adding cumin. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Four instead of five only because I'm not sure about the lemon situation.
