I like home cooking foods like meat loaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. But I can cook anything my family asks me to make.

Garlic Salmon
This is one of the better salmon recipes, that is on the light side. Instead of baking this we cooked in foil on the grill for 22 minutes. We will be using this recipe again, thanks.

Chicken Fried Chicken
My daughter and I made this as directed and we love it. My husband, that hates chicken, loved this recipe so much he took the leftovers to work today. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for the recipe.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
I made this as directed and my family loved it. Since the first time I have made it I did make a change. I use my own homemade taco seasoning so it isn't to salty.
