Caramel Popcorn
This is Great, I did some of the things that were suggested, such as to cut the butter back, and I kept the popcorn warm, in a big roasting pan, it made the caramel so much easier to get coated on the warm popcorn, and clean up was a breeze, I will be making this again.
This will be a great snack for my husband since we are testing for a gluten intolerance, caramel corn is allowed.
