Smoked Salmon Spread
Just made it for a party tomorrow and it tastes pretty darn good! Can't wait to try it after the flavors meld. Totally agree with all the suggestions: Added lemon juice (a must!), added sour cream to make it creamier, I added more of all the seasonings and more of the hot sauce. Next time I'll add a few capers. I plan on serving them separately this time. Happy holidays!

Red Skinned Potato Salad
Wow. This was very good. I used green onions and seasoned w/Lawry's season salt and Cavendars Greek seasoning. It was a big hit at a work luncheon.

Brunch on the Bayou
Wow! This was a big hit at a recent party. It made a ton and was very good the next day for breakfast. It was also very convenient to assemble the day before. I used ingredients I had on hand (ground vinison sausage), and a slightly different cheese mixture, but it was wonderful. Right before cooking I added chopped artichoke hearts (frozen but thawed), and mushrooms. The kids wouldn't touch it, but that was the plan! ha! Thanks for a great recipe that I will definitely serve again.
