Brunch on the Bayou
Wow! This was a big hit at a recent party. It made a ton and was very good the next day for breakfast. It was also very convenient to assemble the day before.
I used ingredients I had on hand (ground vinison sausage), and a slightly different cheese mixture, but it was wonderful. Right before cooking I added chopped artichoke hearts (frozen but thawed), and mushrooms. The kids wouldn't touch it, but that was the plan! ha!
Thanks for a great recipe that I will definitely serve again.
