I love this recipe! A friend gave it to me a few years ago and now I use it as gifts during the Holiday season, attached with the recipes for them to share with others as well! A hit!

We have used this recipe over the summer and football season.... after making cheese/rotel dip for years, this is a refreshing change! I use Owens bfast sausage, YUMMO! If you like it hot (little kids in my house dont) you can use hot sausauge and hot rotel.

Ok, I didnt think this was going to turn out as the pp's agreed. I was shocked it tasted so good! My kids actually asked for seconds, something they rarely do! I did add onions and seasonings in with the ground beef and covered with tons of shredded cheese in the pot when it was done. We love cheese. Thought I would have lots of leftovers and there is none left!
